So, after not having a certain treat for months I decided it was time to enjoy something I love. Pizza!! I mean who doesn't love pizza anyway? Well apparently even though I love it, my system is no longer all that fond of it. I had 5 pieces between Tuesday and Wednesday and then Thursday morning I was in full on Gastrointestinal Distress!
Perhaps my body likes my new lifestyle as much as I do and doesn't want to go back to they way it was before. A Warning sign.
In any case I have decided that now is the time for me to buckle down and prepare for the coming winter, its a huge challenge for me to make it thru the winter and not revert back to my old ways.
I need a Gym Membership, a trainer to put my bike on inside, and the guts to stay active outdoors when its cold.
Never Again Fat!

Satisfied! and still under 2k for the day!
I consumed alot of stuff today, and it was different than what I'm used to doing. I had a big lunch at City BBQ, with hush puppies and green beans and a big bbq sauce smothered wing and breast. then I had a Vanilla Bean Frappacino from Starbucks. I had my usual breakfast of cereal, toast, and OJ. and I had some Function Alternative Energy Drinks thru the day as well. All that brought me up to a 1700 Calorie Estimate, I'm sure it was higher due to my love of barbecue sauce, which I kept squeezing out of the bottle at the table, but I'm sure it wasn't 300 calories worth of BBQ sauce. All in all I feel very satisfied with today!

My First Blog Post
Unlike other "Weight Loss" Blogs... I have already achieved most of my goals before I started this. I still want to lose about 10-15lbs, however I would be happy to stay where I am the rest of my life.. there is no dire need for me to get thinner than I am currently I do however want to work on my upper body strength. Being a Cyclist(Recreational and Commuting) my legs are already strong but my upper body needs work. I started this Journey at 287lbs on February 2nd 2010, and today, October 6th 2010 I'm at 219.6lbs. According to my Body Mass Index, I'm still considered Obese until I get to about 210lbs and Overweight till I get to 175lbs. I would be a toothpick at 175lbs so I will disregard my BMI after I reach "Overweight" status. Ideally if I could get to about 190 and then put on 15-20lbs of muscle mass I think that would be ideal for me.
I want to thank the following people, organizations, applications, Businesses and Websites for helping me get this far:
People: Christine!!(first and foremost, always!), Kurt Weiland(for allowing me to park my bike in the techshop, putting up with my occasional tardiness and encouraging me, now if you could just work on your managerial skills that would be great!!), all my workmates and friends at Microcenter for their kind words and encouragement. And of course myself, it may seem selfish to thank myself but this is 90% will power..
Organizations: The Columbus Parks and Recreation Department and the Metroparks, Livestrong
Applications: Loseit App for iPhone, Myfitnesspal.com app for iPhone, Endomondo app for iPhone.
Businesses: Performance Bike, Nature's Plus, Vitamin Shoppe, Functiondrinks.com, Avitae45.com, Subway
Websites: Blogger.com, thedailyplate.com
I'm sure I have missed some in this list. I may edit for completeness later on!
